Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Company Management and may take the form of a credit on your account or a credit voucher.

Sims Cab Depot will provide a full refund for the product purchased if the following occurred:

1. You have been shipped an item that you did not order*. (*Credit will be issued upon return of incorrect item.)

Sims Cab Depot will provide a partial refund for the product purchased if the following occurred:

2. You were charged a price other than what was authorized or confirmed by you in writing*. (*Not including freight charges where these are not pre-approved and are to be added at the time of shipment, or taxes if incorrectly stated at the time of quotation, or other special charges as may apply such as residential freight surcharges for example.)

3. The product you purchased was selected in error when you intended to purchase a different Sims Cab Depot product. The correct product purchase agreement must be completed prior to any refund being determined for the product purchased in error. The amount refunded will be less a restocking charge (25% minimum, subject to condition of item upon return). There will be no refund and no return for Final Sale Items, or special order items. Please note that all service parts with Sims Cab Depot manufactured content are considered special order items.

4. Our product fails to fit or perform as advertised due to poor workmanship by Sims Cab Depot. Vehicle platform or other vehicle attachment changes do not qualify as acceptable reasons for refunds*. (*Restocking charges of 25% minimum may apply.)

Sims Cab Depot reserves the right to offset and apply any credit amounts against any charges outstanding including service charges.

If you would like to request a refund, you must submit a Refund Request Form to Sims Cab Depot within 30 days from date of purchase.
